Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 6-9 years of experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance testing tools, methodologies, and metrics, and will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our systems under load.
Requirements
- Design and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or Akamai Cloud Test.
- Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog).
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in application, database, or infrastructure layers.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
- Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for optimization.
