Job Description
This full-stack engineering position involves leading technical development efforts for a leading food and beverage company, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative team. The principal engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web and app experiences using Next.js and Node.js. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a hands-on engineer with proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Experience in technical decision making guiding the team to propose solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor other engineers.
- Experience working in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Retail, or E-commerce industries is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
