Job Description
This Product Owner role involves leading scrum teams and providing product vision. The Product Owner will ensure adequate task preparation, prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and actively mitigate impediments to successful project completion. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- 12 years of overall experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in healthcare with FHIR, interoperability, and data management expertise
- 5+ years in business analysis or product management
- Experience with ONC rails
- Experience in payers and providers, understanding Interoperability
- Health Plan background is a MUST
- Good hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Tools (Jira & Confluence)
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
