Program Director | Onsite

This Program Director role is responsible for defining program vision and strategy, overseeing multiple programs, leading and mentoring project managers, and ensuring program execution meets targets. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. The organization is open to independent contractors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program and project management experience
• 3-5 years of leadership/director-level role
• Strong understanding of program governance, portfolio management, and change management
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Expertise in project/program management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Clarity, Smartsheet)
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks
