Program Manager | Onsite

The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing programs consisting of multiple projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in tech-driven environments
• Proven success managing complex programs with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of program governance, change management, and business process optimization
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive reporting experience
