Program Manager - Dallas, TX

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive complex projects and initiatives across the product development lifecycle, software implementation, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business management or a related field
• 10+ years of proven experience in program management
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Familiarity with project management best practices
• Team player with ability to work autonomously
• Understanding of finance processes, infrastructure, and systems
• Ability to assimilate in an organization and proactively form working relationships with key stakeholders
