Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale platform replatforming program. This role involves orchestrating collaboration between Photon, client stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of milestones through agile/safe methods. The Program Manager will also manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate vendor coordination.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in program or project management
- Strong background in managing enterprise-level projects within financial services
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe Agile frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural team leadership
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to interface with architects, tech leads, QA leads, and client-side business owners
