Job Description
We are seeking a talented Python Lead to join our team, focusing on API integration and development. The role involves leading a team, architecting and developing APIs, ensuring high-quality software solutions, and providing technical leadership. The Lead will also contribute to the overall technical direction of projects and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Python development
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers
- Significant experience designing, developing, and integrating with various types of APIs
- Expertise in Python
- Proficiency with Python Web Frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
- Strong understanding of API concepts and protocols
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Proficiency with Git and related workflows
- Experience with unit and end-to-end testing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
