Job Description
This QA automation engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, collaborating with development and QA teams. The role involves analyzing test results, debugging scripts, optimizing performance, and staying updated on test automation trends. The position requires experience with cloud infrastructure and test framework development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in automation with good proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools like Docker, Git, Jenkins
- Hands on in executing tests in cloud infra like Browserstack / Lambdatest
- Experience with test case creation, execution, maintenance and framework development
- Excelling problem solving skills and good communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
