Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive our quality assurance initiatives and lead a team of QA engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
- Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test results
- Implement automation testing frameworks and best practices
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
- Conduct regular team meetings and status updates
- Present quality metrics and testing progress to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
