Job Description
The Salesforce QA Engineer is responsible for developing and executing test cases for Sales Cloud and CPQ functionalities, validating these components, reporting defects, and working with developers to resolve issues. This role focuses on ensuring Salesforce's performance, reliability, and functionality. The position requires detail-orientation and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ functionalities
- Report defects and work with developers for resolution
- Participate in sprint-level testing and smoke checks
- Familiarity with test case management tools and bug tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- ISTQB /TOSEC certifications preferred
