Job Description
This Scrum Master position involves facilitating discovery sprints, leading Agile teams, and supporting the implementation phase. The role focuses on capturing requirements, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment with the roadmap. A strong understanding of web platforms and Agile methodologies is essential.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams across discovery and implementation phases
- Strong understanding of web platforms, CMS (AEM preferred), and digital transformation initiatives
- Exceptional facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile metrics reporting
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
