Job Description
This Software Engineer role at Peoplesoft is seeking a highly motivated individual with 4-6 years of experience in Application Development. The role involves hands-on development within the HCM module, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in PeopleSoft and Oracle Database is essential.

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Application Development team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Action oriented and independent
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture
- Experience with PeopleTools (8.x+)
- Working experience with PeopleCode
- Experience with Oracle Database
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux Operating Systems
- Knowledge in Unix Scripting (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
