Job Description
The company is seeking a Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in SQL/PLSQL to join their team based in Chennai. The role requires proficiency in writing queries, troubleshooting, and utilizing cloud technologies (AWS, S3, and Kubernetes) while ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITSM processes. The position also requires rotation of shifts.
Requirements
- Strong application support experience
- Proficient in writing SQL and PLSQL queries
- Expertise in log checking, file navigation, and SFTP
- Experience with observability tools like DataDog
- Cloud technologies exposure, particularly AWS, S3, and Kubernetes
- Comprehensive understanding of SLAs and ITSM processes
- Good to Have: Batch job scheduling tools, such as Control-M and Autosys
