Job Description
This role offers a challenging opportunity for a Software Engineer to support application-based services on a cloud platform. The position requires strong SQL and PLSQL skills, and proficiency in log checking, data access, and troubleshooting. Experience with observability tools like DataDog is also essential.
Requirements
- Strong application support experience
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (16x7 coverage)
- Proficiency in writing SQL and PLSQL queries for data access and debugging
- Experience with log checking, file navigation, and SFTP
- Experience with observability tools like DataDog
- Cloud technologies exposure, particularly AWS, S3, and Kubernetes
- Comprehensive understanding of SLAs and ITSM processes
