Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The role involves translating product requirements into design prototypes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the user experience. The ideal candidate will maintain and evolve design systems, mentor junior designers, and stay current on industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of responsive web and mobile design work
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Experience with usability testing, user research methods, and incorporating feedback into design iteration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
