Job Description
A UX Lead is seeking a skilled individual with strong UX/UI Design skills, excellent communication, and team leadership to create intuitive and elegant user experiences for complex tasks. The role involves leading a UX team and collaborating with product teams to build feature-rich, user-friendly B2B software.
Requirements
- Create user-centered designs for applications and tools through research, user interviews, and usability testing.
- Work with product teams and engineers to design or refine solutions throughout a product lifecycle.
- Design and develop key interactions, wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, and user interface design specifications.
- Manage UX tools, develop processes, and track projects.
