Client Success Associate

Phreesia is looking for a Client Success Associate to join their team. The role is responsible for improving client utilization, retention, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, detail-oriented, and has experience working with internal and external customers.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience generating opportunities and/or upselling to book of business
• Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and develop custom solutions
