Job Description
ProActive Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate is passionate and enthusiastic about improving individual performance one patient at a time. They will provide physical therapy to patients in an outpatient setting, create individualized care plans, and collaborate with colleagues to optimize care.
Requirements
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
