Family Medicine Physician - Medical Director

Partnership Health an outpatient Family Medicine Practice is seeking an experienced Medical Director for an outpatient office in Brick. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership excellence combined with comprehensive clinical expertise to foster a patient-focused approach aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a Medical Director or similar senior clinical role within family medicine or primary care settings
• Valid unrestricted NJ Medical license
• Extensive background in managed care environments with familiarity in healthcare management strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in EMR/EHR systems, utilization management, and clinical research methodologies
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and hospital-based practices
• Experience supervising medical teams and managing multidisciplinary staff in compliance with NCQA standards and HIPAA regulations
• Knowledge of FDA regulations relevant to clinical practice and research activities
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
