Job Description
PickleRage is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Associate for its indoor pickleball center. This role involves providing excellent customer service to members and guests, operating the front desk and lounge area, and managing facility operations. The position offers regular training and flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Greet members/guests, answer phones, and give facility tours
- Promote membership programs/events and encourage member/guest sign up
- Process payments, collect fees, and assist with events
- Maintain facility cleanliness and upkeep
