Job Description
PickleRage, Charleston's indoor pickleball center, is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Associate. This role involves greeting guests, providing facility tours, processing payments, assisting with registration, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. The position operates during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays and requires a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Greet members/guests, answer phones, and give facility tours
- Promote membership programs/events and encourage member/guest sign up
- Process and collect payments
- Oversee court reservations
- Ensure registration and check-in/checkout procedures
- Assist with program/event registration
- Process POS transactions
- Assist with upkeep and stocking
