Category Manager - Fresh

As a Category Manager at Picnic, you will be responsible for one of our fresh product categories, working with your team to build the right assortment, ensure operational excellence, manage partnerships with suppliers, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements

• Master's degree with experience in analytical problem-solving
• Up to 4 years of work experience as a (junior) category manager and/or buyer in a commercial function, ideally within fresh produce
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to close competitive deals while building sustainable supplier relationships
