Future Leaders Graduate Program - Business (Commercial)

The Future Leaders Graduate Program - Business (Commercial) is a 2-year trainee program for recent graduates to work in a consumer role, taking responsibility and driving projects that have a tangible impact. The program includes training in market understanding, business knowledge, and presentation skills.

Requirements

• A successfully completed master's degree in the MINT field (e.g. engineering, physics, mathematics, econometrics) or in business administration (e.g. economics, finance, business administration)
• Well-developed affinity for numbers and analytical skills
• First professional experience through internships or work-study activities, ideally in a fast-paced environment (e.g. start-up, consulting or FMCG industry)
• Willingness to take over operative tasks yourself
• Motivation to take full responsibility for your topics from day one
• Fluent language skills in German and English
