Junior Business Manager (m/w/d) Trading

As a Junior Business Manager, you will work in the Trading Team at Picnic, developing a deep understanding of your category, analyzing customer behavior, and negotiating with suppliers. You will also design the product range that puts a smile on our customers' faces.

Requirements

• Completed or shortly before completion standing Master's degree (M.Sc.) ideally in an economic or analytical area
• First practical experience in a commercial, analytical, or product-oriented role in the FMCG or retail environment - including internships and student activities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as a strong analytical ability and a good sense of complex relationships
• Strong self-organization and autonomous work skills
• Very strong communication skills in interaction with colleagues, partners, and suppliers
• High learning capacity and ability to quickly become self-sufficient in new topics
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to work four to five days a week on site in the office
