Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field
- 0 - 4 years of Recruitment experience in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English. Dutch, German or French? Big plus!
- Hands-on, get-it-done mentality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with the unknown
