Operations Manager Recruiting (m/w/d)

As Operations Manager Recruiting, you will be responsible for high-volume recruitment of warehouse workers and delivery drivers in Germany, leading a team of 15 recruiters and striving to achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Successful completed study in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a similar field
• 3+ years of professional experience in the operational area (e.g. as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Regional Sales Manager) and first leadership experience
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Analytical skills to define key problems and improve processes
• Communication strength to manage stakeholders in the operational area
• Positive and energetic personality that does not shy away from making decisions
