People Partner

Join our People team as a People Partner and help revolutionize human resources at Picnic. You'll be responsible for approximately 75 team members and partner with cross-functional experts to design and execute people-related strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, Psychology or similar
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Project management and operations experience
