We are looking for a strong leadership personality to manage the day-to-day operations of our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Sehnde, leading a team of over 100 warehouse staff and ensuring high warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Team Management: Lead, motivate and inspire a team of over 100 warehouse staff at the FC on a daily basis.
- Shift Management: Manage the daily operations and ensure high warehouse performance through clear structures and a defined process.
- Work closely with the Production Team and the department to achieve operational excellence and provide excellent customer service.
