Senior Category Manager (m/w/d)

As Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for several categories, leading a team, and working on cross-functional projects to improve processes and implement company strategies.

Requirements

• Category Management: Taking responsibility for several categories and their continuous development
• Team Leadership: Leading a team of Category Managers and Associates, including employee promotion and development
• Project work: Leading cross-functional projects to improve processes and implement company strategies
• Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with the Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure optimal performance in the category
• Analysis: Finding the right compromises on topics such as pricing, promotional activities, and availability in your product portfolio
