Requirements

• Lead and motivate the Shopfloor Team in our new Fulfillment Center in Erding with up to 300 people, as well as the Leadership Team consisting of two Operations Managers and five Supervisors.
• Take responsibility for all warehouse processes and ensure they run smoothly.
• Optimize and monitor existing logistics structures and processes and define new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Be responsible for the operational capacity planning of your Fulfillment Center.
• Ensure work safety at your location in accordance with legal guidelines and quality criteria.
• Stay in touch with other Site Managers in Germany, the Netherlands, and France.
