Team Lead Logistics

We are looking for a Team Lead Logistics with at least 6 months of leadership experience to coach, motivate, and lead a team of Shoppers. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the team works well together to achieve daily goals and creating a happy working environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong ability to motivate and coach team members
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week and flexible in working hours
• Shift times starting at 5:30am or at 2:30pm
• Available for at least 4 out of 8 weekend days (per 4-week period)
• Fluency in English
