Technischer Facility Manager (m/w/d)

As a Technical Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the technical condition and operational safety of a fully automated fulfillment center, including all technical facility management, fault management, inspection management, and stakeholder management. You will also be responsible for process optimization and ensuring seamless technical availability.

Requirements

• Completed studies in facility management, building technology, economics engineering, or a comparable technical degree.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance, ideally in the care of (highly) automated logistics centers or industrial plants.
• Proficient in German and very good English skills.
• Driver's license class B.
• Advanced knowledge in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) and understanding of the critical requirements of automation technology.
