Job Description
Live-In Superintendent role at Pier 4 in London, Ontario. Responsible for maintaining the condition of the property, providing customer-centric service to tenants, and handling after-hours emergencies. Opportunity to work as a team and be part of an exciting journey in property management.
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience as a Building Manager, Building Supervisor, On-Call Cleaner, or similar building assistant/management/cleaning position
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with building maintenance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Police clearance
- WHMIS training
- Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies in Ontario and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants
