IT Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead our infrastructure team. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across all systems.

Requirements

• Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions
• Administer network architecture, server infrastructure, and storage systems
• Implement and manage virtualization platforms
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry best practices
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
• Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to align infrastructure strategy with organizational goals
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting
• Provide coaching and training to the Helpdesk Team
