Job Description
Drive program, project and process improvements, lead the execution of Agile Transformation and Azure DevOps implementation, and standardize workflows and work item tracking to improve project visibility and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree from an accredited college/university preferred or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Portfolio and Project Management, Business Analysis in industry or in a professional services firm.
- 5+ years of experience with SAFe methodologies and Lean Agile delivery.
- Prior experience as a RTE and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management best practices and leading teams in delivering quality software.
- Strong technical aptitude and prior experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication, critical thinking, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
