Workday Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations and enhancements. Analyze existing workflows and processes in Workday to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their experience with Workday.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Workday implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, or Payroll.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and system configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users on new systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
