Piermont Bank is a tech-enabled digital commercial bank that provides an unprecedented experience that blends the best of banking and agile Fintechs. This Embedded Banking Integration Manager role is central to scaling the Bank’s embedded banking platform safely and effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in embedded banking, payments, fintech, or financial services integration, implementation, or technical program management
- Experience working with APIs, payment systems, or banking infrastructure
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working at a bank, fintech, BaaS provider, or payments company
- Familiarity with embedded banking architecture, including core banking systems, ACH, wires, card processing, RTP, or FedNow, ledgering systems and settlement flows, and bank regulatory expectations
