Accounts Receivable Officer

Pierre Fabre, a French pharmaceutical company, seeks an Accounts Receivable Officer for its Australian subsidiary in North Sydney. The role is responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable operations, including posting cash receipts, administering credit notes and rebates, and reconciling customer accounts.

Requirements

• Reconcile customer payments
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
• Raise credit notes
• Maintain accuracy of customer master data
• Prepare regular AR aging reports
• Assist with month-end closing activities
