Job Description
The Human Resources Information System and Data HR Manager will lead the digital transformation of HR processes, data analysis, and management of strategic indicators. They will accompany the Expertise Centers in designing and implementing HR computer tools, supervise the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems, and manage a team of 6 HR SIRH and Data HR experts.
Requirements
- Graduate in a Master 2 in HR
- 10 years of experience in human resources related to SIRH and data analysis
- Knowledge of Workday
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data
- Conversational English
