Job Description
We're seeking a rockstar sales agent to join our team and help drive sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, a passion for skincare products, and experience in telesales and customer service.
Requirements
- Make 150 outbound calls per day
- Reach out to clients to upsell/re-engagement
- Daily meeting with the Sales Manager
- Attending training and 1:1 coaching sessions
- Drive sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and processes
- Exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
