3PL Manager

We're on a mission to become the home of long-lasting, natural comfort. We're looking for a 3PL Manager to own the performance, cost efficiency, and output of our third-party logistics partner, ensuring best-in-class fulfilment operations aligned to our experience and commercial targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a 3PL or warehouse operation in a retail or e-commerce business
• Strong commercial awareness, and ability to balance cost efficiency with exceptional customer experience
• Confident communicator with ability to build trust and influence third-party partners
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with inventory systems, reporting tools, and platforms like Shopify
• Full UK Driving License
