Part-time Keyholder - Portsmouth

At Piglet in Bed, we're on a mission to become the home of long-lasting, natural comfort. We're looking for a Part-time Keyholder to join our team in Portsmouth, responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting the Store Manager, and creating a first-class customer experience.

Requirements

• Hold a set of store keys and open and close the store in the absence of a member of management
• Support the Store Manager in ensuring all minimum brand standards are achieved
• Create a first-class customer experience
• Build great relationships with other store colleagues and the core Piglet team
• Become an expert on our product range and engage with shoppers to answer queries and give advice
• Familiarise yourself with the brand story and deliver consistently on brand guidelines
• Embody the Piglet brand and make customers feel at home within our stores
• Help us learn more about our in-store shoppers
• Support the Store Manager in maintaining our physical space
