Data Scientist

Pigment is seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a strong CS background and experience with Large Language Models (LLM) to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge NLP projects and play a crucial part in developing and refining our product.

Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NLP and machine learning
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and relevant ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including text representation, feature engineering, model selection, tokenization, and embeddings
• Hands-on experience working with large language models like GPT, LLAMA, BERT, or Transformer-based architectures
• Knowledge about the recent developments of autonomous agents is a plus
• Solid understanding of GCP and related machine-learning offerings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
