Job Description
Partners In Health (PIH) is seeking a State Enrolled Community Health Nurse (SECHN) to join their clinical staff in Kono Wellbody, Sierra Leone. The SECHN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support families and caregivers, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include triage, patient documentation, health education, and quality improvement projects.
Requirements
- Current and valid clinical license (SECHN Certificate and License)
- Clinical experience in Maternal and Child Health, HIV/TB, NCD and General Nursing preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a team, be dependable, and hard-working
- Ability to be adaptable and function well in a busy work environment
- Commitment to social justice and human rights
- Demonstrated understanding and respect for PIH’s mission and values
