CAD Technician

This is an entry level position which requires development of knowledge in specific area of drafting, e.g., electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, or civil drawings with the ability to operate a computer-aided drafting (CAD) system.

Requirements

• Successful completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of training at a technical school or equivalent experience
• Proven AutoCad and/or Microstation skills
• Strong PC/IT skills (i.e., Word, Excel, etc)
• Ability to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
