Designer 1

This is the first level of the Designer classification, requiring technical expertise to solve specific design problems. The role involves providing guidance, analysis, and reporting on design issues, while developing skills and maintaining records. It is a team-based position focused on practical problem-solving.

Requirements

• Graduation from a college or university with an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent)
• Proven AutoCAD and/or Microstation skills
• Ability to deal with a variety of individuals
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Self-Motivation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide leadership
