Project Controls Specialist

The Project Controls Specialist works directly with Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to support the engineering and construction of various energy technologies. The role involves administering budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, as well as overseeing project scheduling activities to ensure contract schedule requirements are met.

Requirements

• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software
• Prepare monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedule to progress schedule
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and capital postings for capital reporting
• Prepare executive-level reports and ensure write-ups are accurate, complete, clear, and concise
• Travel to project sites within North America as may be periodically required
