Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining documentation related to ISO and other quality certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation for ISO and other relevant quality certifications.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure adherence to quality management systems and standards.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with certification requirements.
- Prepare documentation for certification audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall quality performance.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators.
