Job Description
PILLARS is seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate/Construction (Blue Collar) Recruiter (Project) to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for our construction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws in Egypt
- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting blue-collar workers through various channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
